Fadhel Kaboub, Associate Professor of economics at Denison University, and President of the Binzagr Institute for Sustainable Prosperity

The talk will present the basics of Modern Monetary Theory (MMT) and demonstrate that the US can implement true full employment policies to reduce poverty and inequality, to fight climate change, and to improve quality of life for everyone without causing inflation or any destabilizing effects on the economy. The presentation will also address the political and ideological obstacles to these policies and what can be done to overcome such obstacles. Join us for a conversation about a truly progressive public policy agenda.
